Booking
By booking at the counter one of our friendly employees serves you and helps with words and deeds. The Prices are including: Full insurance Personal insurance Free kilometers Tax 23% Map of Kos Island Road – service 24 hours. The Prices are not including: Gasoline & traffic violations. Rental age must be from 23 to 69 years old and the driving licence must be at least 12 months old.
Returning the car
The return of the car can be done everywhere in Kos Island at all Safari Rent a car Stations. On request Safari Rent a car picks up the car on-site from free.
Invoicing
With regard to the invoice you can choose between several ways of receiving. You can get you invoice by mail or email. Furthermore there’s the possibility to request a copy of the invoice online. In addition you can pay your car directly at the Safari Rent a car. A credit card at driver’s name is always required. If renter’s credit card is not valid or does not have the sufficient amount for the deposit required, service will not be provided. Accepted credit cards: Visa and MasterCard No accepted any prepaid card, American Express and Diners. The deposit is held on the credit card until the car is returned; notice that it depends on the bank for the release of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up on 48 hours 100% refund Cancellation less than 48 hours 50% refund. In case of No show, no refund. In case no appear in two (2) hours after confirmed pick up time or delay without any notification, the company has the right to declare No Show and not provide the car of show up later and there is no refund. No refund for unused days.
